Stik5 Rods are backed by a 1-Year Replacement Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer defect to the original owner.

1-Year Replacement Warranty Procedure

To initiate the processing of a warranty claim during the first year of ownership, please email info@stik5rods.com with a copy of your receipt and a picture of where the rod broke. Once we receive your email we will determine if the breakage was caused by a defect. If the claim is accepted, Stik5 will mail out a replacement at no charge.

To initiate the processing of a claim, please email info@stik5rods.com with a copy of your receipt and a picture of where the rod broke. Once the claim is accepted Stik5 will send a draft order for $100 + Shipping to your email. complete the order and the new rod will be shipped out to you.
