The breakdown
The size is the whole point — wide enough and deep enough for the hard-shell packs that otherwise force you to leave baits behind. Past that, three dividers set the layout, the top unzips so the load sits in front of you rather than stacked out of reach, and two pockets take the small things that end up loose in the bottom of every other bag.
This makes the 8th bag that I’ve bought. All of them are perfect for what they do. There’s nothing better, “Period”, for soft bait storage. The oversize of the Tote is perfect for the XL hard plastic pack that a lot of baits come in. There is nothing that I don’t like about all LIV storage bags!

16 inches long, 8 inches wide and 7.5 inches tall. The height is the part that matters: it is what lets the oversized hard-shell bait packs stand upright inside instead of being forced flat.
That is what it was built for. The XL clamshell packs that a lot of soft plastics ship in are the reason the Tote is sized the way it is. They go in upright, and the lid still zips shut over them.
Yes. It is sized to fit the tackle storage area most bass boats are built with, so it slides in and back out without a fight.
Three, and they are adjustable. Set them wide for boxed baits or tighten them down around bagged plastics so the load does not slide into one pile on the way out.
There is a zip pocket inside for the things you do not want rolling loose, and a Velcro stash pocket on the back for hooks, weights and tools you want to grab without opening the bag.
Both ways. There is a rugged handle on top for lifting it off a deck, and a shoulder strap for the walk from the truck to the ramp.
It is water resistant, not a dry box. The material sheds spray, rain and a wet deck. Don’t submerge it and don’t treat it as a sealed case.
